Niladri Roy is a C-suite management consultant and an Adjunct Faculty at SP Jain School of Global Management. He is also co-founder and managing partner at a boutique advisory firm that advises marquee Indian and global organisations. He regularly consults with leadership teams on organisational transformation projects. He has led multiple complex change assignments across India, the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Before incubating his consulting practice, he held leadership roles at the Aditya Birla Group, Infosys Technologies, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has been a Visiting Professor at IIM-Shillong, IIM-Indore, IIM-Lucknow, IMT-Ghaziabad, AIT Bangkok, and IIM-Calcutta. His Executive Education clients include leading names in the pharma, mobility, oil and gas, life insurance, consumer products, specialty chemicals, and banking sectors.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified OD practitioner from NTL, USA.
